Delivery

Please ensure you enter your delivery address correctly as any parcel returned as undeliverable will incur redelivery fee. Postage and charges paid for original delivery are not refundable and restocking fee of $20 will be applied. Your parcel will be delivered during business hours to your nominated address by the Courier Service Contractor and must be signed for when you receive them. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you how to collect your parcel. The delivery service will hold your parcel to a maximum time. If you are unable to take delivery of your parcel in person the delivery contractor can leave your parcel at the door if you instruct in writing.

Note: If you are not available at the time of delivery and would like your parcel to be left at your nominated address, then please instruct in ‘Delivery comments’ text box.

Kellyville Mart takes special care while packing all online orders, sometimes accidents or errors happen. Any damage, missing or incorrect product must be notified to us within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Should your parcel contain a faulty or damaged product Kellyville Mart in conjunction with the delivery company, will work to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
